You are welcome to collect your products from our warehouse in Wigram, or we can provide full delivery, setup and packdown. Both options can be selected at checkout. Please contact us if you require a quote for supervision.
Health & safety
Our inflatable bouncy castles are designed and maintained to meet the highest industry standards. We provide comprehensive setup instructions and all necessary equipment, or our dedicated team can deliver, set up and secure the bouncy castle for you.
We've worked with engineers to develop standard operating procedures, and have set up and supervised castles at council venues, schools, private events and A&P shows.

Bouncy castle questions
We provide all the required equipment to set up our castles — it takes less than 10 minutes. Step-by-step instructions and a video guide are also available.
No. They can be set up indoors or outdoors on concrete, provided they are secured correctly. For concrete or indoor installations, weights are required and can be added at checkout.
Each castle has maximum weight, height and user limits that must be followed for safe operation. Detailed instructions are provided with each hire.
Yes. We provide delivery and professional installation across Canterbury. For events outside the region, contact the team to discuss options.
Please advise our team as soon as possible. Cancellations 24 hours or more before your booking get a 100% refund; 12–24 hours before, a 100% store credit; less than 12 hours before, a 50% store credit (bouncy castle hires only).
The same cancellation windows apply as for weather: 24+ hours notice gets a full refund, 12–24 hours gets full store credit, under 12 hours gets 50% store credit, with the remaining 50% covering planning, admin, cleaning and loading costs already incurred.
